GUARANTEED RESERVATION
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules.
Check-in after 4PM | Check-out by 11AM
You must be 21+ to book and stay in a room.
For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. To cover incidentals, we’ll hold $250/day on your credit card and we’ll authorize additional funds as needed based on your additional incidental charges. We are a no smoking hotel, please know there is a smoking fee of $500/room.
Credit Cards must be presented upon check-in and must be the same credit card used to make the reservation. If guests are booking on behalf of someone else, they must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing minimum 7 days prior to the arrival date on the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Pay Now rates are non-refundable, full pre-paid and non-transferable.
Pay Later rates require a cancellation notice 72 hours prior to date of arrival in order to avoid a penalty of up to two nights' stay.
Group Rates require a cancellation notice of 14 days prior to date of arrival in order to avoid a penalty of a two night stay.
Unless otherwise noted on confirmation, please let us know if you have to cancel 72 hours before arrival to avoid penalty. If you No Show for your reservation, we’ll have to charge up to two nights' stay.
Special Event dates require a cancellation notice of 14 days prior to date of arrival in order to avoid a penalty of 100% of the stay. These include, but are not limited to President’s Day, Auburn Car Show, Vera Bradley Sale, Easter, and Christmas through New Year’s Day.
EARLY ARRIVAL/LATE DEPARTURE
Book an early flight? Want to sleep in? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you - just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. There is a late departure fee of one night’s stay plus tax.
PET POLICY
At this time, we are not accepting pets. Service animals are always welcome.
TAXES & FEES
Standard City of Fort Wayne taxes are applied to all reservations.
A daily $30 resort fee per room, exclusive of tax, is applied at the time of check-in. This fee is separate from your room rate and offers unique amenities including:
Access to the Wellness Studio.
Complimentary Path water bottles stocked in room.
Complimentary Parking.
VALET
Valet service is offered at $30 per vehicle.
Price is subject to change based on high-impact dates and city-wide events.
